Shire of Cote du Ciel

Welcome!

We are a local group of the Society for Creative Anachronism (SCA), people interested in recreating the best parts of the Middle Ages.

The Shire of Cote du Ciel covers the north-eastern parts of Utah and south-eastern parts of Idaho, including Cache, Box Elder, Rich, and Franklin Counties. Our meetings are held Wednesday evenings from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm in the Whittier Community Center, 290 N 400 E, Logan, UT.

If you are new to the SCA, check out our Newcomer's Quest, a series of simple activities designed to introduce you to the varied aspects of the SCA.

Most officers are accepting bids for Deputies. Please contact an officer if you are interested in learning what their job entails. There is an officers' meeting scheduled for Saturday, February 25, 2012 at Lady Zoyia's house. Everyone is welcome, you don't have to be an officer to attend.

Upcoming Events

We will be helping with the Whittier Community Center's annual Vittles & Fiddles event on Saturday, January 28, 2012. There is some set-up on Friday at 7 pm, and on Saturday, we need people to help with serving and parking starting at 5 pm, and clean-up once the event ends. Garb is optional, & servers will get fed. The Feast of St Pyre will be on 28 April 2012. We will be doing the Renaissance Faire for the Whittier Community Center on Saturday, May 19, 2012. Check back here for any demos that may come up.
